This tool is made of Polyamide PA66, a soft and resistant material so as not to damage your crankcase as well as your oil seals during their assembly.
The tool has a shoulder allowing to stop the race of the oil seal (variator side) and to position it exactly as at the origin. To mount the oil seal on the ignition side, simply repeat the same operation.
The use of this oil seal assembly tool thus allows the correct assembly of the seals and good lubrication of the bearings.
