The Stage6 R/T is the cream of the crop from Stage6. The cylinder set new records from its first outings. The secret behind its performance lies in the fact that the cylinder is screwed onto a block which is fixed to the lower engine. This eliminates the 4 studs running through the cylinder to the engine head, freeing up more space for transfers and the exhaust outlet.
The cylinder has 6 large transfers and a large bar exhaust outlet. The R/T is a popular cylinder for which you can have ALL the spare parts individually, as well as several other related parts from different manufacturers, such as engine heads increasing the compression ratio and diagrams, as well as different pots exhausts made specifically to match this cylinder. The cylinder requires a High End crankshaft that can withstand speeds of more than 16,000 rpm, in 39.2mm stroke with an 85mm connecting rod and a 12mm needle cage.
