Piston

• Extra compact à trois segments. 
• Matière: alliage spécial d'aluminium à teneur élevée en silicium à basse dilatation thermique avec application d’étain sur les parois de coulissement. 
• Usinage par machines-outils à C.N. 
• Allégés et renforcés. 
• Surfaces d'échanges thermiques agrandies. 

Segments

• Compression - spéciaux à coulissement élevé et résistance mécanique très élevée, en fonte sphéroïdale S10 chromés. 
• 1er segment racleur - en fonte sphéroïdale S10 chromé. 
• 2ème segment racleur - en trois pièces en acier spécial, chromé. 

Cylinder

• Material: primary aluminum alloy with high silicon content quenched and tempered, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two diamond passes, with very strict tolerances. 
• Machining: by high-precision CNC machine tools. 
• Cylinder-piston couplings with 0.05mm mating tolerance. 
• Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces. 

Piston

• Extra compact with three segments. 
• Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion with tin application on the sliding walls. 
• Machining by CNC machine tools. 
• Lightened and reinforced. 
• Enlarged heat exchange surfaces. 

Segments

• Compression - special with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron. 
• 1st oil ring - in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron. 
• 2nd oil ring - in three pieces of special steel, chrome-plated.
