Matériaux: alliages de fonte spéciaux autolubrifiants, anti-usure à très haut degré d'affinage obtenus par fusion par gravité avec processus de moulage Shell Moulding.
Usinage: sur machines-outils à contrôle numérique de très haute précision.
Surfaces déchanges thermiques recalculées.
Conduits d'évacuation et d'admission conçus et essayés dans le but d'obtenir un maximum de rendement thermodynamique.
Contrôles dimensionnels de forme et rugosité.
Accouplement piston cylindre à 100% en sélections de 0,010-0,005 mm.
