The airflow, and therefore the cooling of the entire clutch, is improved by large cutouts and additional ventilation slots. Clutch slippage is reduced, clutch bell and shoe lining will last longer. With the reduced temperature, power transmission to the rear wheel and performance are improved, engine response and acceleration are excellent even when the engine is hot.
For better grip, the inside has been sandblasted. In addition, this clutch bell is a real featherweight compared to other bells, it weighs only 395g (Evolution by Polini = 485g and Wing Bell by Malossi = 576g). This has a positive impact on acceleration.
