In case of performance improvement, it is advisable to replace the original carburetor with a larger one, in order to be able to optimally support the new setting and achieve better acceleration and higher final speed.
PHBG CARBURETOR
This is a 21mm Dellorto PHBG carburetor from Stage6. This universal carburetor with manual choke is compatible with many two-wheelers, including scooters, 50cc motorcycles, mopeds, vintage Vespas, and other vehicles with 2-stroke engines.
The starter here is manual, so you will have the choice of fitting either a manual cable starter or replacing it with a manual pull starter.
CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT 21 STAGE6
The main jet supplied is size 92, the secondary jet is size 50. As a rule, you will need a box of jets (D. 5mm) in order to be able to correctly adjust your two-wheeler.
Note: To check if the carburetor is properly adjusted, you should check the spark plug to avoid damaging the engine. To do this, see our tutorial.
