The Primary Sliding Sheave works in conjunction with the primary fixed sheave in the CVT system. As the engine speed increases, the primary sliding sheave moves, adjusting the position of the belt to optimize the power delivery to the wheels.This movement helps maintain proper engine RPMs while improving fuel efficiency and acceleration characteristics.
