Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can return the items you have order if she fill the requirements following:

- The item must be new and unused in its original packaging.
- 14 days inclusive after your purchase maximum.
- An invoice must be provided.

If the previous criteria are met, we will be able to refund or exchange the items once received and checked by our team.
If the criteria are not fill us we can refuse has all times your request or we may charge costs of 15% .

Shipping charges are non-refundable as well as any items with a status of ''Ordered special'' & ''Special Order'' .
