The cylinder is made of Nikasil-plated aluminum with a diameter of 50 mm, has 6 transfer ports, a bridged exhaust port and a high-compression modular cylinder head. The exhaust port is very "wide" across its entire width, giving it a unique appearance. Special attention has also been paid to the outer surface of the cylinder with a cooling channel surrounding the entire exhaust port for optimal cooling. The included crankshaft is a reinforced full-circle racing crankshaft with a "standard" stroke - 44 mm, connecting rod 85 mm. One of the unique features that characterizes high-end crankshafts is the use of tungsten weights instead of standard "plugs" for balancing. When it comes to performance, the TPR 86cc can be considered the lower end of the Hyper Racing spectrum and develops 22/24 hp in combination with the appropriate components.
