Here, we propose the variator of the 2005 Overrange Pack alone. The gain in performance, although less impressive than with the complete Overrange Pack, is not negligible. It is very effective on the Minarelli Horizontal and Vertical bases when compared to the original variation. It is known to make the engines climb in the revs at take-off and at the start of acceleration, an advantage for use on the road.
The 19x15.5mm rollers will be particularly suitable for users of Minarelli low-engine models, the rollers wear out much less quickly and their wear does not affect the work of the variator unlike variators with smaller rollers which cause holes during acceleration when the wear is too great.
A longer belt is recommended to operate the variator over its entire range. On Minarelli, you will need to remove your electric starter.
