La béquille latérale est une modification autant esthétique que pratique. En effet, en retirant la béquille centrale on diminue les contraintes pour les pots d’échappements. (Pour le bas-moteur Minarelli Horizontal, la majorité des pots Midrace et tous les pots High End nécessitent que l’on retire la béquille centrale).
L’installation n’est pas compliquée, 2 choix s’offrent à vous : il est possible de percer votre châssis et de passer un boulon pour fixer le support de la béquille, cette méthode peut fonctionner mais elle est beaucoup moins durable que la deuxième. Pour la deuxième méthode, il s’agit de couper le support de la béquille pour qu’il soit plus court et de le souder directement au châssis. C'est du solide !
Il n’existe pas de béquille latérale qui sois 100% ‘’bolt on’’, cependant l’installation est simple avec un minimum de compétences.
The side stand is a modification that is both aesthetic and practical. Indeed, by removing the central stand, the constraints on the exhaust pipes are reduced. (For the Minarelli Horizontal lower engine, the majority of Midrace pipes and all High End pipes require the central stand to be removed).
The installation is not complicated, 2 choices are available to you: it is possible to drill your chassis and pass a bolt to fix the stand support, this method can work but it is much less durable than the second. For the second method, it is a question of cutting the stand support so that it is shorter and welding it directly to the chassis. It is solid!
There is no side stand that is 100% "bolt on", however the installation is simple with a minimum of skills.
