Voici la cloche Polini (clutch bell) de haute qualité destinée aux scooters 50 cc dotés de moteurs Piaggio / Gilera / Vespa / 2T ou 4T.
Elle est usinée en acier spécial (steel) avec des tolérances strictes et un contrôle dimensionnel précis, pour garantir la robustesse et la longévité, même sous des conditions exigeantes.
Un élément important de sa conception est l’anneau de renfort thermique (reinforcement ring) intégré, qui aide à dissiper la chaleur, afin de limiter la surchauffe de la cloche et des garnitures d’embrayage associées.
Dans la pratique, cette cloche est conçue pour remplacer la pièce d’origine tout en offrant une meilleure réactivité à l’accélérateur (meilleure réponse) et une durabilité accrue par rapport aux cloches classiques.
Si la cloche est déformée, voilée ou fortement oxydée (par exemple avec une teinte bleutée due à une surchauffe), cela peut provoquer un patinage de l’embrayage, une usure prématurée des mâchoires ou un comportement saccadé dans les accélérations. Dans ces cas, le remplacement par une cloche neuve comme la 250.003 s’impose.
