The Stage6 stand has been redesigned once again. During the development of this third generation, the main focus was on stability and precision of fit to make the stand even more robust, durable, and long-lasting. The logos on the white wheels have been improved, and there is now also a Stage6 logo on the tubing.
For racing scooters and custom conversions, it is best to do without the main stand; however, so-called workshop stands allow the scooter to be stabilized for display or maintenance purposes and are essential for the use of tire warmers.
The MK3 stand is made of sturdy tubing and then coated in black. The four castors make it easy to lift the vehicle and provide sufficient stability. The stand is not attached to the variator housing, but to the shock absorber axle. This eliminates the need for tedious assembly and disassembly of the stand during maintenance work.
This stand has been developed and tested on Piaggio Zip, Gilera Runner, Yamaha Aerox, Aprilia SR and Peugeot Speedfight. It comes with 3 brackets, for Piaggio, Minarelli and Peugeot, but can be mounted with the corresponding screw on all engines with an 8 or 10 mm shock absorber axle.
Note: This MK3 version is no longer delivered as a single piece, but as a kit. Don't panic, assembly is really child's play!
- Piaggio: 10mm screw and adapter. - Peugeot: 8mm screw and adapter. - Minarelli: 8mm screw and adapter.
