The recalculated and optimized angles extend the transmission range and significantly increase power, which primarily translates into better revving, but also a slightly higher top speed. The variator range is provided with a very strong chrome coating that reduces friction and therefore achieves less wear and better performance. Everything is done to extend the product's lifespan.
The delivery includes a harder thrust spring (+87%) and reinforced clutch springs (+35% - clutch engagement +500 rpm). It is also strongly recommended to use a lambda emulator (P171.0010) to adjust the air/fuel ratio to achieve a performance increase corresponding to the variator.
