Stage6 R/T oversized variation kit for Piaggio, This pack contains:
- A Stage6 R/T wide-range competition variator, using 6 rollers with a diameter of 19x15.5mm. The slopes of the roller housings and the belt passage have been optimized to obtain a very homogeneous and linear increase in speed. There is a special anti-friction treatment on the side which therefore allows a much better grip of the belt than on a traditional variator. The ventilated pulley supplied with this pack is removable, to limit friction.
- Stage6 R/T Oversize torque corrector, made of high quality aluminum by CNC method and covered with an anti-friction treatment. The advantage of this corrector lies mainly in its manufacturing and assembly method. Indeed, the pulley, after being machined and treated, is fixed to its base, thanks to screws and not welded (as on traditional torque correctors), which makes the alignment of the two pulleys perfect. Thanks to the materials used, the final weight of the torque corrector is reduced, and the heat is better evacuated.
- A Stage6 R/T belt, reinforced and perfectly suited to this wide range variation.
- A red Stage6 R/T thrust spring, whose calibration has been designed for faster belt mounting.
Can be used with oversized crankcases such as Malossi RC-One, Malossi C-One, Ottopuntouno Racing & Polini PRE.
