Complete Malossi 94cc RC-ONE engine crankcase. The crankcase does not come assembled, you must do this part of the work.
This Piaggio-style scooter crankcase with Minarelli brackets differs from standard models in several ways. The intake has been redesigned to allow the installation of larger diameter reed valves such as the VL18. The cylinder mounting system has been relocated to facilitate Malossi's work on the interior architecture (exhaust, transfers). The studs are thus found outside the thermal group. The inside of the crankcase is machined to simplify the installation of long-stroke crankshafts (44 at Malossi). On the outside, we note the presence of brackets for a brake caliper. The technical specifications of the Big Bore kit, however, have not been communicated. Aside from its superb red anodized CNC aluminum cylinder head, it doesn't offer us much to sink our teeth into.
