Just like with the previous model, the hardware is supplied by PVL:

1x Water pump and cooling turbine plate,
1x Ground wire,

Stage6 brings its expertise to the software level by developing the ignition curves. This design is the result of their extensive experience, gained through countless test bench sessions and many years of presence on the racetrack.
It is an essential resource for racing scooters and tuning projects, especially when the goal is to get the most power from your vertical Minarelli or horizontal Minarelli engine.
PROGRAMMABLE CDI FOR BOOSTER AND NITRO
If you don't want or can't program the CDI, no problem because the Stage6 R/T MK2 ignition gives you 3 options to choose from!
Option 1: Mount the CDI as is and benefit from the basic curve.
Option 2: Mount the CDI by connecting the green wire of the CDI to ground to benefit from the Race curve.
Option 3: The third option is to customize the ignition curve yourself by programming the CDI. All necessary instructions are included in the USB stick that comes with the reprogramming kit.
And if you want more power, you have the option of adding a flywheel to attach to the ignition rotor. This modification will allow you to increase inertia at high rpm.
S6 R/T IGNITION NOTES AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Being a competition ignition, the Stage6 R/T MK2 does NOT provide 12V power for lighting. Therefore, it will be necessary to provide a battery to power the headlights.
This part is not compatible with Malossi MHR Team crankshafts.
We recommend fitting a competition spark plug and installing a circuit breaker to cut the ignition.
It is essential to ensure the presence of a ground wire between the engine housing and the chassis.
All instructions regarding the assembly and timing of the internal rotor ignition are available in the user manual (available in English).

The newMK 2 internal rotor ignition from Stage6 R/T for50cc scooters with Minarelli enginenow comes with a programmable CDI to give you the ability to adjust the ignition curve to match your engine setup and preferences.The programming software and interface are included.
Optional CDI ignition curve programming
If you don't want to (or can't) program the CDI - no problem! The included CDI is already preprogrammed with the latest MK2 ignition curves. This means that the ignition is plug & play without having to use the programming feature if you don't want to.
Option 1 : Do not connect green wire to ground: Less pre-ignition → track race
Option 2 : Connect green wire to ground: More pre-ignition → drag race
Option 3 : Program ignition curve yourself with the included Stage6 R/T programming software and interface.
And if you want even more power, you can also add aflywheelto the ignition rotor. This modification increases the inertia at high rpm.
Stage6 - PVL cooperation for maximum performance
As with the previous model, PVL provides the proven hardware, and Stage6 contributes the software, ie the two ignition curves, based on the experience of thousands of test bench runs and years on race tracks.

The Stage6 R/T MK2 is a race ignition, therefore there isno supply for light/water pump . HASbatteryis needed to power the electrics .
