  • Materials: Special self-lubricating, anti-wear cast iron alloys with a very high degree of refinement obtained by gravity casting with Shell Moulding process.  
  • Machining: on very high-precision numerically controlled machine tools.  
  • Recalculated heat exchange surfaces.  
  • Exhaust and intake ducts designed and tested to achieve maximum thermodynamic efficiency.  
  • Dimensional controls of shape and roughness.  
  • 100% piston cylinder coupling in 0.010-0.005mm selections.  
  • Hydraulic leak testing completed 100%.
