Here is the Malossi "MHR Team" crankshaft, 44mm stroke / 90mm connecting rod, 13mm pin, Piaggio designed to match the Malossi Testa Rossa cylinder kit.
This Malossi "MHR Team" crankshaft features a forged steel connecting rod and two lubrication ports on the piston pin. The crankpin at the connecting rod end is 18mm.
Balancing is carried out by tungsten masses, it can withstand up to 16,000 rpm and even more.
Information:
- Half shaft: 18Ni Cr Mo5. - Dynamic balancing with tungsten masses and lightweight materials, up to 16,000 rpm. - Connecting rod machined from forged aeronautical steel. - Maximum rigidity. - Vibrations and friction reduced almost to zero. - Increase in kinetic energy. - Increased longevity.
You will need to mill your crankcase, the dimensions given by Malossi are 76.5mm diameter. You will also need to use the Malossi MHR variator as the shaft is smooth.
