These HI-SPEED variators are the latest development from Polini. They are high-quality and feature an optimized ramp design. The Polini Hi-Speed combines improved traction that you can feel with a higher top speed. Depending on the model, the kit usually includes a torque spring that prevents belt slippage and thus ensures better power transmission. The most interesting feature, however, is the evo slider, a kind of guide plate that addresses the problem of torsion springs. Depending on the kit you get, there may also be a set of reinforced clutch springs included that will allow the clutch to engage at higher rpm, taking into account the extended transmission range. Made in Italy. Includes a 5.6 and 6.9 g roller.
