Système d'admission Stage6 R/T pour scooters équipés d'un moteur 2 temps horizontal Minarelli.
Système d'admission Stage6 R/T avec clapet à clapets vissé directement et tourné à 90° comme celui utilisé sur le Jog de l'équipe italienne Stage6 Racing. Les clapets tournés sont inclinés vers le cylindre, ce qui profite à la charge fraîche qui s'écoule dans le carter moteur. L'ensemble de la construction est plus compact, car le clapet à clapets est directement vissé sur le collecteur d'admission. Pour s'assurer que le diamètre ne soit pas limité au fond du collecteur d'admission, le caoutchouc a été retiré. L'étanchéité est assurée par un joint torique intégré dans l'entretoise d'admission.
Stage6 R/T intake system for scooters using a Minarelli horizontal 2-stroke engine.
Stage6 R/T intake system with directly screwed and 90° rotated reed valve as it is used on the Jog of the Italian Stage6 Racing Team. The rotated reeds are inclined towards the cylinder, benefitting the fresh charge flowing into the engine case. The whole construction is more compact, as the reed valve is directly screwed to the intake manifold. To make sure the diameter isn’t restricted at the intake manifold bottom, the rubber was removed. Sealing is achieved via an o-ring integrated into the intake spacer.
