This is the most economical tool for locking the variator. It can simply be screwed into the spark plug hole in the cylinder head. Then, carefully rotate the engine with the variator until the top of the piston touches the end of the tool and the crankshaft is locked. Please use this tool carefully; otherwise you risk damaging the piston!
