DESCRIPTION

It is able to manage multiple curves at the same time without having to use any keys, with a simple click. Allows you to move the selected curve by moving the OFFSET (+ or – 2°).

The new Malossi ignitions are a concentrate of the highest technologies implemented in scooter competitions. The new internal rotor ignitions were designed to solve the problem of the technical limitations of the original ignition units: in fact, beyond 10,000 rpm these are not able to ensure the necessary stability in terms of performance, posing major problems in the tuning of competition machines, sometimes insurmountable.

The MHR Team II range is equipped with a non-remapable variable advance electronic box with 3 trimmers:

  • The first (MAPS) to determine the advance curve selection,
  • The second (OFFSET) allows you to move the selected curve + or – 2°,
  • The third (LIM) is more particularly suitable for 4-stroke engines and allows you to vary the intervention of the rev limiter (from 11,500 to 14,300 rpm + limiter excluded).

In addition, it has 8 pre-installed curves which are distinguished by:

  • 1 for 4T variable advance engines.
  • 6 for 2T variable advance engines.
  • 1 with fixed advance.

Other fundamental components such as the high voltage coil have also been revised, which is now capable of providing a maximum discharge voltage of >40 KV for normal engine rotation speeds of >3000 RPM and an extraordinary recovery time.
