The brand-new TPR 100cc kit for Minarelli AM6 engines has been designed for maximum performance. It's a concentration of technology and every possible innovation for a 2-stroke engine. Its state-of-the-art design, featuring a "FL" (Flange Mount) mounting system (using a spacer instead of through studs), allows for a completely redesigned transfer port layout and therefore a massive power increase.
The cylinder head is a two-piece design. With its bright red water jacket and separable dome, it ensures optimal cooling for this 100cc monster.
The included special 4-point flange ensures a stable exhaust mounting.

The 100cc FL cylinder is designed exclusively for Piaggio racing crankcases, specifically those of the TPR, 8.1, or Malossi RC-One type. A crankshaft with a 47mm stroke and a 98mm connecting rod are also required.
To extract maximum power from the kit, an exhaust system appropriate for the engine's power output must be used, and the carburetor settings must be adjusted accordingly.
