DESCRIPTION

Here we have the GY6 swap adapter harness. This harness will allow you to use all your OEM controls, wiring harness, fuel pump, and even kill the engine properly with the kill switch (unlike most harnesses, they are reversed). With the GY6 swap harness, your Ruckus will be able to run on the GY6 150cc in about 20 min. No splicing, cutting, or soldering of any kind.

We use all OEM connectors and Tefzel cables (higher than OEM military grade). Not to mention, everything is included in the kit! No additional parts are required to complete the kit.

You will get: 11 pole pre-wired stator with OEM connectors, flywheel puller (to install the new stator), Rolling Wrench CDI box with ignition coil (32k volt performance without rev limit), adapters for hand control, starter solenoid with rubber boot, OEM to GY6 choke adapter and starter wire (thick gauge).

Make sure your stock harness is complete and hasn't been modified for this to work on your Ruckus. You must also use the stock fuel pump. If your stock pump is disconnected, it won't start with electric start. If you plan on using a vacuum fuel pump (very high degradation), you will need to modify the stock harness.

The wires we use are better than the factory Honda (Tefzel brand). - Works with all stretch kits (wide or skinny). IMPORTANT NOTE: You must use the stock fuel pump. A vacuum fuel pump will not work. Who would want to downgrade anyway :-). A vacuum fuel pump only pumps fuel while the engine is cranking. The stock fuel pump starts pumping before the starter button is even pressed. When you let your Ruckus sit for a few days, fuel will leak out of the fuel lines. The next time you try to start the Ruckus, it cranks forever before starting. This is why the fuel pump is a must! Other harnesses on the market require a vacuum.
