Les pots d’échappement MHR Malossi Scooter Racing ont été conçus et fabriqués avec un seul objectif: obtenir les meilleures performances possibles en combinaison avec le cylindre de 100 cc pour lequel ils ont été projetés.
Tous les pots Scooter Racing sont usinés à partir de tôles d'une épaisseur exacte et constante de 0,8 mm, découpés au laser, assemblés avec une précision minutieuse par soudage robotisé T.I.G. et M.I.G. et par soudage manuel à l'oxyacétylénique, et enfin roulés à la main. Ils sont également équipés d'une tuyère de calibrage, dont les dimensions sont soumises aux tolérances extrêmement serrées requises pour garantir que la pression à l'intérieur du pot reste toujours dans les valeurs correctes. Chacun est verni transparent et fourni avec un silencieux en aluminium, anodisé noir avec le logo Malossi.
